Thursday 17th June 2021 Live Auckland Asthma Head Office
Does what you eat impact your asthma?
Have you ever wondered what role gut health plays in asthma?
Have you ever wondered the role that diet plays in reducing inflammation in your airways?
Have you thought about the link between asthma and the immune system and how nutrition can help or hinder this?
Zoe Hunt, a registered Clinical Nutritionist and Naturopath at Sage & Well, as well as an Asthma NZ Health Promotions Specialist will provide a very practical insight into nutrition and how it can help or hinder management of respiratory health.
We would love you to join us on Thursday 17 June at Asthma New Zealand's offices in Mt Eden. We will get underway at 7 pm and be finished by 8.30 pm. Of course you are welcome to come in from 6.30 pm to chat with Zoe.
RSVP… Because asthma nutrition are such personal experiences we are limiting the number to 25 to ensure everyone has ample opportunity to ask questions key to them.
Asthma NZ is a FREE service to ensure Kiwi’s live well with respiratory conditions and breathe easy. We will have a $10 tap and go machine for those who want to make a donation on the night.

This event is hosted by Asthma New Zealand
Asthma New Zealand is a not-for-profit organisation committed to creating a healthier New Zealand, where every Kiwi with Asthma and COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) lives a full life.
As New Zealand's largest asthma educator, they have been at the forefront, fighting for a New Zealand that breathes easy since 1965. Education is the most powerful tool in reducing hospitalisation and improving the way we live with asthma and COPD. Their mission is to see a 50% reduction from asthma and COPD hospitalisation by 2029. They cannot do this alone so we partner with health professionals and community groups to make reaching, referring and supporting patients simple.
