Counties Manukau Group Staff Vaccination Service

 

Counties Manukau Health are seeking expressions of interest from employers who would like to take advantage of a group staff vaccination service.

 

This service is being offered to employers within the Counties Manukau area, and can proceed under Levels 1 and 2 (with potential special exceptions in Level 3 for businesses with essential workers). They are aiming to build a list of confirmed bookings and dates.

 

This workplace initiative includes:

 

A short staff education session to answer questions about the COVID-19 vaccine and the vaccination process (there may be an opportunity to run this via Zoom)

Collecting details of staff interested in being vaccinated and making the vaccination pre-booking

 A bus / shuttles to Highbrook Super Vaccination Centre

 

The  Counties Manukau Health team have designed this process to be as efficient and fast as possible to ensure that they don’t take up too much staff time or administration requirements from employers.

The COVID-19 vaccine rollout is the largest vaccination initiative ever undertaken in New Zealand and Counties Manukau Health are working closely with our communities, schools, work places and other organisations to ensure the vaccine is accessible for all people in South and South East Auckland.  This is an important step towards helping our local communities receive the COVID-19 vaccination and for New Zealand to return to normal.
